PACT prototyping develops your product from the first idea into a functioning prototype. We offer state-of-the-art data processing, 3D scans and prototype reworking through to the manufacture of small batches.

3D CAD models

No matter if you have your product idea as a sketch only or as completed 3D CAD drawing, we can use it to create a professional 2D or 3D CAD model for you to take away and use as you please or as basis for the rapid prototyping process. The latest CAD programmes, able to import and export almost all standard data formats (dxf, dwg, iges, step, stl, etc.) are being used.

3D - scan

PACT offers precise 3D scans as master for your subsequent processing to be successful. We offer mesh as well as nurbus models to reproduce components for which no complex blueprints exist or to realise prototypes for further CAD processing.

3D - prototyping

To support the customer in the best possible way, it is a definite advantage to be able to offer him/her actual prototypes for the right “look&feel”. 
Using the latest "PolyJet" technology, PACT produces highly precise and robust prototypes made of acrylic polymer. The models are now ready for further processing. 
 Grinding, polishing, drilling, milling, varnishing and even chromium plating is available to design your true-to-life prototype. After that, even small and medium sized batches can be produced using various casting processes. 
Basis for the 3D print can be a 3D scan of an existing model or any “watertight“ CAD volume model (iges, step, stl).

Replicas ready to go into production

PACT also offers a semi-industrial replication of various articles, art objects, sculptures, etc.
